Dreams have a way of gaining life

when we take that first step.

Up until then the dream plays around in our thoughts

but might well stay there for years.

But once I take that first step

the dream begins to live.

I have had a dream of writing a book.

Yes, for years this dream played hide and seek in my thoughts.

I continued to write

got zillions of ideas

but that is all that happened.

Until one day I began to write those ideas down.

I prayed over them

literally soaked them in tears

pondering

waiting

listening

Then one day I chose an idea and began to work on it.

I joined a group of writers

led by an experienced writer.

That dream that used to be just a dream

has taken on a life of its own.

Yes, it’s a dream that is beginning to live.

How about you?

You have been created with tremendous potential.

Yes, placed within your fabric of being

Is a purpose and a plan.

Listen to those desires

those longings of your heart.

Listen to them and write them down.

Those pulls are more often than not

God given nudges to lead you.

Ask yourself

If you could do anything

yes, if time and money were not a problem,

what would you do?

Wow, I sense your responses.

Just suppose that that dream could live for you?

Just imagine…..

Now unto Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think,

according to the power that worketh in us.   Eph 3:20

Don’t settle for crawling when God has given you wings to fly.
