Guard your treasure!

Hold onto it. Take care of it. Take the necessary steps to increase it.

It is all too easy while we are young to waste it,

abuse it,

But our health has been given to enable us to live out our purpose here on earth.

Many times we don’t know how important something is

by avoiding what is harmful and eating more of what will benefit your health.

Exercise regularly

Get adequate sleep

Drink plenty of water

Maintain a healthy weight

    Thanks, Sharon. The closest a meal stays to nature, the better! Lately I’ve gotten interested in essential oils as a natural boost to health care – very timely as a respiratory ailment took up residence. For instance, I added a couple drops of Rosemary and Thyme to boiling water to permeate the house with all sorts of medicinal properties. (You can do this with dried herbs too.) Also added a drop of Peppermint Oil to cooking oil for a light chest rub to ease congestion.
