Thanks, Sharon. The closest a meal stays to nature, the better! Lately I’ve gotten interested in essential oils as a natural boost to health care – very timely as a respiratory ailment took up residence. For instance, I added a couple drops of Rosemary and Thyme to boiling water to permeate the house with all sorts of medicinal properties. (You can do this with dried herbs too.) Also added a drop of Peppermint Oil to cooking oil for a light chest rub to ease congestion.
